Pete helped my wife and I purchase a home and we did not have a good experience. It was a nightmare. The place was left a mess by the seller and and Pete did nothing. He claims it's all my fault because I did not follow the protocol of his shady home warranty. I've spoken to other realtors since and it is common curtesy to handle the final walk-thru when the client is moving from out of town. This all could have been avoided but Pete dropped the ball. I called Pete 11 times in one day after closing and he would not pickup the phone and he just made over $40k on this transaction. Pete is lazy and wants to place the blame on others and he will do the same to you. Realtors are required to abide by a code of ethics yet Pete calls a my dear friend who referred his firm and bad mouths me. I don't even know what to say.

I've know Pete for almost 2 decades, but only recently had need of his services. Pete and his team performed superbly in our purchase of a home in Pleasant Hill. The transaction went smoothly, which was a colossal feat considering there were 8 offers in contention for this beautifully renovated home. The transaction closed with a super fast 3-week escrow, which could have been havoc but instead was relatively calm thanks to Pete's careful oversight of the process. What I value most about Pete is his deep insights into the real estate market, along with his lifelong integrity, honesty and diligence. Pete assisted my wife and I in purchasing our new home in Concord, and then in preparing our Lafayette home of 32 years for market.
